1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

2. Our contract with you

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock or was mispriced — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy for detail.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.

6. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Battery life, Bluetooth range and light-blocking performance vary with volume, device, fit and environment; quoted figures are typical rather than guaranteed minimums. Product photography is representative and colours may vary slightly between screens.

7. Health

SnoozeBand products are consumer audio and sleep-comfort products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, including insomnia, tinnitus or sleep apnoea. If you have a persistent sleep problem, please speak to your GP.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
