Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no customs charges or import duties on UK orders.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Typical delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Remote postcodes (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) can take 1–2 days longer.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated after 3 working days, email support@snoozeband.co.uk and we will chase the carrier for you.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch we will treat it as lost and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We do not ask you to chase the carrier yourself.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.
