Who we are
SnoozeBand UK ("we", "us") operates this website. For UK GDPR purposes we are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact us at support@snoozeband.co.uk.
What we collect
- Order information â name, email, delivery address and order contents, so we can fulfil and support your order.
- Payment information â handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Communications â the content of emails you send us, kept so we can help with follow-up questions.
- Marketing â your email address, only if you sign up to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Why we are allowed to use it
We process order and payment data to perform our contract with you, support and fraud-prevention data under our legitimate interests, and marketing data with your consent.
Who we share it with
- Stripe â payment processing.
- Our delivery carriers â name and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Netlify â website hosting.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax obligations. Support emails are kept for two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We store your basket in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh â that data never leaves your device until you choose to check out.
